"Well I can hardly walk so I call them and ask them about a lift chair he sold me one but it started making noise going up and down so I called them well we couldn't get together on a time for them to pick it up so finally today they fixed it we'll see how it goes otherwise had very good experience and the lady I talked to that fix my chair should be the best employee of the month because she's the only one that really helped me I'm happy now I will see how it goes in a week well they had tofix it one more time it was working good for about a month now it's starting all over again I don't know what to do I think they better fix it you better call me they have my number it better be soon like it a couple days well I guess nobody's going to call its time to see a lawyer"

"Our experience started out good after we left the furniture we ordered wouldn’t be in stock due to Covid. Understandably I said find me something you have coming in because a sectional was the most important piece of furniture. They assured me that if I wasn’t satisfied they would exchange it. After calling 3 times to say it wasn’t what we were looking for they never kept their word. Also now not quite a year later I find out we are actually missing a section of our couch. Customer service was okay however their guarantee isn’t worth anything. Also make sure your getting what your supposed to."

"Have shopped and purchased several times since I moved here four years ago. Very friendly staff, in store and during delivery. Courteous and careful to take care while delivering and careful to not damage new product purchased or anything else in your home. Had a question about a product after delivery and they came back to explain to me in person. Very knowledgeable about their items they sell. Very helpful. Will be back in future."
