"If I could give this place a ZERO I absolutely would. I came in for lash extensions by Sonya and when I came in she was eating her lunch. No problem whatsoever! But she didn’t even bother washing her hands before working on me. She also didn’t wear gloves. She also didn’t give me a waiver to sign before the service begun. Also her lash room is a complete mess. Absolutely no organization or cleanliness utilized in that room. I got a two minute window to explain what style of lashes I wanted and it was STILL rushed and I was not listened to. She didn’t bother cleansing my lashes herself; when I asked her whether she was going to clean my lashes she said she’ll apply a bond on them….that’s not cleaning them though. When the tape didn’t stick to my skin she made me go to the bathroom to wipe around my eyes myself…????? What the hell am I paying you for then? She didn’t tape my bottom lashes down correctly either with the tape which resulted in the lash extensions attaching to my bottom lashes. When it was time to look at my lashes she was basically ripping my hairs apart and out of my lids to separate my lashes bc she GLUED THEM TOGETHER! Not only that, but she attached the extensions to my SKIN!!! That is the first no no you learn when learning about eyelash extensions. My eyelids were itching and burning the entire service. Every time I mentioned that she dismissed me by saying I have sensitive skin, which I DO NOT HAVE. BUT WHEN YOU PUT A LASH GLUE THAT CAN BURN THROUGH PAPER TOWEL, ON SKIN, IT BURNS NO MATTER IF YOU'RE SENSITIVE OR NOT. I ended up just asking her to remove them from how much discomfort I was in, which she didn’t even do efficiently or correctly. I walked away with lashes still attached to my lids. Not to mention she kept stabbing my skin with the lash tweezers. Just a TIP for you, you remove lashes with micro cotton swabs to AVOID IRRITATION AND DISCOMFORT. ITS BASIC COMMON SENSE! How have you been in the industry for this long and still don’t know how to make your client comfortable? Or keep your space sanitary or organized? Or at the very least WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE YOU TOUCH MY EYES SO I DONT SMELL ONIONS THE ENTIRE SERVICE. She also serviced my sister and also managed to glue the extensions to her skin. She called in to get a refund and Sonya did not handle it with an ounce of professionalism or respect for the client. As someone who is also in the beauty industry I can’t imagine speaking to my clients that way. I already decided I will never return to this establishment. Good luck to you Sonya I wish you well sweetheart but to everyone reading this review just take my experience into consideration and make your decision very wisely whether or not you want to be serviced here!"
