"These people take forever to get your order ready. Waited at least 15 minutes for someone to take my order and then another 5 for someone to make it."
"I found a piece of metal with sharp ends on it in my smoothie. I had it in my mouth and thankfully didn’t attempt to swallow it when I felt how hard it was. I unfortunately don’t live in the area, so the manager’s offer to refund my smoothie or make a new one if I come back in person is not ideal. The manager was apologetic but there was nothing that he could do other than the options stated. He didn’t say he would further check the smoothie machines to make sure nothing was loose or anything. I’m concerned for anyone else that orders a smoothie from here. I don’t recommend ordering from here due to this alone. Sad about it because when I lived in the area, I used to come to this location a lot."
"I will NEVER order from this location again! The sunrise sunset smoothie was the most horrible thing I’ve ever tasted! It literally tasted like ice chips & orange peels… Then to top it all off the lettuce on my super green Caesar wrap was dirty! Please check your food especially if you order one of their wraps!"
"We had a late meal here not too long ago(hrs). It was our first time here, and we were definitely pleased! The staff was polite! The guy who made our food wore gloves and the girl making the smoothies changed her gloves multiple times while we waited...HUGE PLUS!!!! We ordered the Chicken Bacon and Ranch Flatbread, the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and a Mango Magic Smoothie!! The wrap and flatbread both came with a choice of an apple, chips, or some third side the cashier mentioned. Everything was good! This will definitely be our quick snack stop in the future!!"
