"Took my 12 year old niece to get her nails done with me for her birthday. Made an appointment a week in advance. She asked for gel with white polish. We waited an hour, she got her nails started and she seemed uncomfortable and in pain the whole time. I come to see her end result and she looks mortified and anxious because her fingers are burning and bleeding. I got up and told them I wouldn’t be getting my nails done and we were paying and leaving. They tried to cattle us back in making us both super uncomfortable. They let multiple please go ahead of us. My nieces fingers burn, are still bleeding, and they left white paint on her fingers. Disgusted and never coming back."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE. I have been going here for 5 years, having Tony and Kim doing my nails. They always offered high quality work, for a good price. Now that the place had new Management the new people in there do a horrible job. Overpriced! I am never one to complain, but I couldn’t help but point out how some of my nails were uneven as he was doing my full set. By the time he was finished, I had acrylic underneath my nails, nail polish left on my fingers, acrylic was lumpy and thick. At the end when it was time to pay, I explained I was not happy with the work and asked if they could discount me. They took off $5. Which included the $2 service fee they said they would refund me when they made me use ATM because their card system charges them. I still payed $100. I went back in after taking a better look at them and requested if not all but at least of half of a refund. They tried to ignore me. I did not get refunded, and had to go somewhere else to get them removed. I will never go back, or suggest anyone to go here."
