"I visit Excel every two weeks to partake in the massage services. I have a wonderful relationship with Maryann my therapist. I have utilized some of the other spa services. I had a facial and pedicure as well. Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and skilled. Maryann is a miracle. Couldn’t live without her! Love Judy at the desk! So personable. Always strikes up a conversation. Asks after my family."

"I’ve been going to Sherri for 35+ years. She does an amazing haircut, highlights & color. I receive compliments on my hair style all the time. Meghon does my gel manicures and pedicures and does excellent work. I’ve been going to her for several years. I receive compliments all the time for my nails. I drive 30 miles to and from the salon regularly~they are that good! I’ve seen the work provided by the other stylists, as well, and they are very good, too. Excel is clean, the ladies are professional and extremely friendly, timely, and provide top quality with a fair price. I feel like I’m at home when I’m there. Coffee and cookies are always offered. Great job ladies!!!"

"I went to Francine for full legs and underarms waxing. She was very nice and easy to talk to; however, she missed several spots. I do have lighter leg hair so maybe it was hard to see but I’m still disappointed. It’s not cheap so I feel like I didn’t get the best service /value for my money spent. My left armpit still had a patch of hair, my left knee had hair leftover, as well as my right thigh. So, in turn, I had to buy wax strips from Meijer to finish the job. Also, she used the same stick every time she dipped into the pot of wax. Maybe they only switch sticks when waxing your bikini area but I thought that replacing the stick every dip was best practice. Maybe not? Idk. Either way it’s not very sanitary. I personally will never go back and would recommend seeking another place to get your waxing done."

"I’ve been there twice now, once for a wax with Francine, who did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced and then on her recommendation I scheduled appointment with Denise for a cut and color. She also did a great job. I never know what I want but she listened to what I didn’t want done and my hair looks and feels amazing."

"I went in for a wax and Honestly Francine was great. She made sure I was comfortable and she was so sweet. The only thing is she missed a few hairs but honestly I can’t even be upset about it because my hair is SO stubborn. It grows in different ways, some to the left, right, up, and down. But overall I think she did an amazing job and I will definitely be going to her every time."
