"As a first-time client, I stopped in en route to an appointment to ask if they cut hair to donate (they do!) and Romena (hope that's correct) offered to measure my hair. After my appointment, I returned and Jeri was my stylist. She listened to my preferred cut, was friendly yet allowed me to enjoy the experience. She was very gentle, thorough and gave a wonderful head massage during my shampoo. Although I seldom have my hair cut (second time donating it), I do hope this location and stylists are still around when I return again."

"Stopped in earlier to make an appointment for a specific day and time only to find out appointments are made for the day you want to get your hair cut. There is no specific time only that you made an appointment for that day.I was given a business card to the website.. ( It didn't have the address of the card at which I was going to) On another day I walked in with my brother, I was asked if I've sign in on line,replied yes, but unfortunately, the name given didn't show up. nevertheless, we were next. I gave the hair dresser specific directions for my brothers haircut . She was excellent. I've been there for myself as a walk-in and was not disappointed. Make sure you follow the instructions online to sign in so you don't have an unnecessary wait ."
