"Worst Service Ever! My appointment started off with them doing the wrong style. After I was in the chair almost 3 hours, they had to take my hair down and start over. It took them 6 hours to do my hair. The finished style looked nothing like the picture I showed them and started coming down the next day. Don't waste your time or money. Update - I paid $180 for a style that barely stayed up two weeks."
"I have 18 large box braids , I paid 180.when I called they said 160, but when I got there they made it seem like I didn’t call the right place for pricing but I did call them. They only lasted 1 good week, the cheap hair they use to braid your hair with started to be really frizzy. The hair they provide is really really cheap and doesn’t last long all ,My braids are waist length , all my braids are different lengths, you guessed it, they didn’t make them even ! I haven’t washed my braids yet and several of them are very lose. A whole braid is hanging off and this is going on week 4. I am not satisfied with my braids I received from this location, will not be returning. Better customer service is drastically needed. A nice update to the place is well needed As well."
