"I am very much disappointed at this salon. On Tuesday, I walked in hoping to get my hair done. There was a stylist finishing up a young lady’s hair but she never said hello. I stood in the salon, at the front desk for at least 10 minutes and no one came out to greet me. It was extremely rude. While standing in the salon, I called another salon around the corner that was glad to take a walk-in and greeted me. I really wanted to have a great experience at Hair Rock but the fact that a stylist didn’t even choose to greet me when I walked in and it seemed as if she ignored me, felt like I just didn’t need to come back."
