"Be aware that if you are using the Great Clip Gift Card as a payment, your favorite stylist may steal the funds from your gift card. When I confronted them, they were unable to refund it. They asked me to call the corporation for a refund. I call the corporate, they collect the info and promise to call me in a couple days, but no call back."
"I met your manager sami today. She needs to work on her people skills, I can't believe how rude she was, I was ready ,had my keys in my hand, to walk out. Yes you have lost a customer. I had a good time all the other visits. Just because she was not happy with what I wanted ,she was so aggravated with me . Never again !!"

"Absolutely awful from on-line check in time being WAY off waiting an additional 20 minutes for the worst haircut I’ve ever had! Girl (never introduced herself) who cut my hair was extremely slow and obviously very inexperienced. Showed photo of cut I was looking for, asked if she could do it - nothing intricate - 1.5 inch off, long layers. What I got was a lopsided, uneven cut with a bunch of random pieces of hair hanging below and she never touched the front of my hair! In addition, was charged full price $20, and not the posted senior citizen price, even though we had extensive conversation about my age. Definitely lesson learned, and will never go to any one of these hack job franchises again and will tell everyone I know JUST DON’T. There are so many better places out there."
