"I saw this place on Groupon and so glad I went. I really really really love my experience at the ibeauty. She was awesome. This was my first time and I got nose, under arms, legs and brazilian done. I was nervous at first but after watching the video I was good. She made you feel very comfortable and relax and very professional. Also pricing was not bad either. I will be back!"

"My first waxing was good, however after attempting a second time around. She supposedly attempted to call my number to cancel my appointment. After we reviewed what my phone number was multiple times. Then tried to re schedule, very lack of communication. Then on her groupon deal she stated that it was a 1 time use only, which is not listed on the promotion at all. Will not ever be returning. Idc how good the waxing was the first time, the professionalism and customer service lacked! Disappointed because I thought I found my great salon. Will be on the search for a new place"
