"My daughter was told by staff that they canceled her account per her request. Two months later they started charging another credit card that she did not authorize use for payment. She said you couldn't make an appointment originally without giving them a credit card on line. I called their service number to complain and get my money back and was told that the policy is to cancel an account on line only, even though staff told her they could do it for her. I called my credit card company to look into them using my credit card. Awaiting investigation. BE CAREFUL!"

"I loved my technician Paige and my lashes!!! However, I was unable to cancel my membership and was charged for two months without getting any services… of course I cancelled and the manager only offered credits towards other services… and no I don’t want to use $250 in other services. So any business that uses a “membership” as a way to take money and to only offer credits if you haven’t been able to use that service is just NOT good business. It’s so easy and simple to sign up for a membership, but if you want to “make changes” you have to call! What a great business!"

"Pricey but a nice deal for new clients. $20 off full set. I had Paige who did a nice job. Was very meticulous and detailed. I did the TrueXpress. Took longer than 60 min but rather have them be done well. The bed / chair is comfy to relax a few hours if needed. Clean facility and trendy. They sell lash products on site if you're interested. Cleaner. Brushes. Etc. I would def go back."
