"The chicken noodle soup was cold and we were treated like we were inconveniencing them when asking them to heat it up. My daughter had a few bites and said it tasted funny. I really hope she doesnt get sick from it. Also, the guy at the counter acted annoyed when we asked for a strawberry frozen lemonade because they were out of the strawberry. He didn't offer a regular frozen lemonade as an option; we had to ask for it. He was not helpful at all. I was not impressed at all and will not be back. There are so other places that I can waste my money on.... I know good workers are hard to come by but customers deserve better. And this was at 3:30pm so not during a rush; we were the only people in the place."
"I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a turkey club sandwich with bacon, This is not what I received. I also ordered a coffee with triple triple vanilla flavor, I got something completely different. I called and spoke to a manager who offered to replace my order. Which is wonderful, but my daughter was in the hospital and just had a baby and I have not been able to make it back up there. It'd be great to get what I ordered when I order it."
"Came here first thing on a Sunday morning so everything should be nice and fresh, right? Not so much. Went in to order and the menu screens weren't even on yet. My husband ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. I wanted a dozen donuts. They only had a couple in the case, but the girls said they had more in the back. So they were very accommodating in getting me what i needed. But when we got home, the donuts were hard as rocks. Even my husband's sandwiches and coffee sucked. The girls were nice, but never coming back. There's alot better tim hortons out there"
"This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced at Tim Horton’s. This is suppose be an Ice Capp frap. Coke or Pepsi was put in here for sure. The women working there were rude, short with us and when another 2 items were messed up, didn’t offer an apology. And after reviewing my bank account and my receipt, I was double charged for the disgusting ice cap I was given. Never coming back."
