"when I walked up the brunette at the register she did not even say hello. she just stared at me. when I told her my order, she said that we did not have the pumpkin foam so when I asked if they had vanilla she said that they always do with a nasty tone. In other places they sometimes don’t, but how am I supposed to know that? I don’t work there. The other girl was making all the drinks while she just watched with no other customers taking an order. If you do not like your job, then quit and find another one instead of putting your bad attitude on others, especially strangers. Unfortunately, my iced chai latte was also watered down to the point where it tasted like vanilla water. I never write bad reviews, especially at Starbucks because I have never had a bad time ordering and I always love the customer service I receive but this time was very different. I’d suggest going to another Starbucks nearby if you really want a drink."
