"I thought our experience would be bad but the manager absolutely saved the day!! I forgot her name and I wish I wouldn’t have because she was such a vibrant beautiful person. She was very accommodating and professional! I’d absolutely love to come back on a night that she is working. Thank you for everything, my sisters and I are very appreciative."
"Last was here about 3 years ago. At that time, no one came to our table for 15 minutes. Not even a glass of water so we got up and left. Figured we would try again because they must have gotten better. Got in and seated right away. 15 minutes later, still no waitress or even water! Got and walked out. NEVER AGAIN!"
"Food was so so. Staff and management were hard to be found or engaging with each other. Fryer was out of order and offered no replacement. They seemed indifferent to the customers. The manager and our server acted like they were high floating round with glassy eyeed stars and whispering. Very uncomfortable. We should have left but had already ordered. won't be back"
"This particular location in Utica Michigan is the epitome of the "welcome to the neighborhood" motto for this restaurant chain. Not only were they vigilante in cleanliness but also excellent customer service and the food was served hot and delicious. Dessert, always the best!!"
