"I went to this Starbucks twice this week because it was the most convenient to where I was located and had the worst Starbucks experiences that I’ve ever had before. The drinks were terrible and completely inconsistent with the brand. The service was totally inconsistent with the brand too. It’s like they threw a bunch of high school kids in there and this was their first job… of which they were never trained how to do. They had terrible customer service skills and were asking ME what’s my drink was made of… um that’s your job."
