"Been to this location multiple times and frequent Tim Hortons in Metro Detroit. Ordered two coffees with cream, sugar and hazelnut flavor. Was charged for the flavor and did not recieve it in either of my coffees. This was after I tried to order a hash brown and was told they would not make anymore because they were out and too close to ending breakfast. I was offered a donut or muffin to put on the order, I ordered a muffin but was upcharged for it so I asked to swap it out for a donut if it was not an up charge. I was told it was not so I asked to do a donut instead. I was handed the food first and the beverages with no hazelnut and charged and extra $1.38 because I did not get flavor in my coffee."
"Ordered an Iced Capp but was rudely informed that their machine is “broken” so I ordered an iced coffee instead. Was given a plastic cup of lukewarm coffee with no ice in it. Employees were rude."
"Always a pleasant customer service experience every time I stop at this location. I visit family in this area and make it my business to stop at this particular location every time. My French vanilla cappuccino and Boston cream donut is always fresh. Cute building! Glad it’s back! Thank you!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. The ABSOLUTELY worst customer service experience I’ve encountered at a Tim Hortons in my 21 years of patronizing this brand. The workers all shared equally HORRIBLE attitudes, not a smile in the place, the manager Genovia (I think) was TRASH so the subordinates feed off her energy. I visited this location at 7am on my way out of town with my family and we simply wanted COFFEE for the road. Vanilla cream cold brew TRASH but the hot coffee was fresh thankfully. Fire the whole team and start over. 10 minutes before arriving we visited the McDonald’s up the road and were treated with respect and received excellent service, maybe this location could take a lesson from the McDonald’s franchise."
"I'm right here now at Tim Hortons in Harper Woods right now me and my family about to go on vacation and stop here to get a order people here have the real bad attitude saying that we can't make a order because of so many orders also we got so many coupons also so I was just like to let you know what's really happening here I would never after this place again there's a worker here and a manager can't think of the managing name but something like Gianna first thing in the morning 7 7:30 a.m. we're about to get on this road now"
