"Can you really say anything negative about Starbucks? Well I’m sure there are always some negative things about any place but I’m here regularly in the 6 o clock hour and I’ve never had any issues of any kind! The staff are friendly and of course the coffee is amazing! My husband is NOT a coffee lover at all but they take the time to offer recommendations for him each time we come and always ask if he liked the previous drink they made for him! You know that is huge because you know how busy Starbucks can be!"

"Ordered a iced caramel macchiato and when I asked for a straw I was told that they only give straws for Frappuccino’s. If that’s the case then mix my drink up before you serve it because the coffee sits on top of the milk. No one wants to drink this unmixed. So weird."
"I bought some tea and a travel mug. It keeps my tea very, extremely, extraordinarily hot. I have to add ice to my tea. I am in love with my travel mug and the chi tea."
