"Every time I go they get the cream wrong. I asked for one cream three sugars in a vanilla iced coffee. It was completely milky and all I tasted was cream. I ask them to remake it and they hand me a drink with an inch or more of vanilla syrup sitting at the bottom and they had an attitude. I took photos and they ate disgusting. I would rather go somewhere else."

"I am frequently disappointed in this particular TH location. The parking lot is more holes than surface. If you pay with cash, the drive-thru people will keep your change without even asking if you want to leave a tip, and more often than not the order is wrong. The staff are frequently just flat-out rude. I work in the area and for some reason go back every now and again hoping it has gotten better, but no. Good thing there's a Speedway just down Harper,not as fancy but at least I'm not getting scammed."

"Very rude drive thru. Purposely gave us wrong receipt so we couldn't ID who was on drive thru. I've personally witnessed an employee parked in the handicap spot, no plates or placard, on her phone for 15 minutes while we were inside. Never moved car. Two days later, saw her car parked in handicap again. Next time, I'll call police. This place is a dump in atmosphere and crew attitudes. Worst Tim's I've ever visited."

"The TV menu for hot drinks was broken, customer service was horrible, and the staff was sluggish… since the TV menu was broken, we were able to order through the mobile app at Tim Horton's because we were able to see the menu through the app… then, we forgot to add one more thing so we went up to the counter, it took a while before a staff walks up to us to place an order… after we placed an order, we saw a staff rubbed her nose with her gloves on before preparing our foods… I was disappointed… I felt gross… my husband told me not to make a scene… I wasn’t going to, so we waited til we got our food… and then I made a note through my phone because I am deaf, and this is how I communicate… I asked the staff for a manager, and she went outside to look for the manager, then, 2 ladies (staff and the manager) came back in from outside, and I showed the manager my note, “She rubbed her nose with her gloves on and prepped our food, which is unacceptable.” She didn’t even say anything and walked away, she didn’t even apologize at all, or offer me something as a way of saying sorry… she walked away. I waited for her, and she walked past me. I was so confused, and she said something so fast, I think she told a staff to take her gloves off and put new ones on, then completely walked away and ignored me…. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hot drinks… all 3 sandwiches were all completely cold and sloppy… I couldn’t eat anymore, knowing she rubbed her nose and touched my food… I was so upset and hungry… we came here from Pennsylvania, and this was definitely the worst experience ever…"

"The workers are extremely rude here. Always. I've never had a good experience coming to this location ever. They don't give you time to order, and they get snippy with you even when you told them you needed a moment. They don't serve food in the morning, apparently, as they seem to be too lazy to do their jobs. The lady specifically told us, "I'm not doing any food at the moment." Not to mention they don't even properly give you any whipped cream. They didn't ask us at the speaker if we wanted any, and then once we got to the window, they asked us and gave us what might have been just the saddest whipped topping I've ever seen. Obviously, any sort of management, be it general or district, has no care for that store, and it shows heavily. TLDR, don't waste your time going to this one and instead take your service to the one at 9 mile where they actually appreciate your service and know how to do their jobs."
