"This location is the worst in Macomb county. Every single time I come here there is a 30 minute wait when there is only 1 or 2 cars in line. I’ve never experienced service this slow and wrong at any other location and it’s a shame because this is the closest one for St Clair shores."

"I'm sorry to say but this Biggby location is not the one to visit. I've been there 3 times, and each time, my large 24 oz coffee was missing around 8 to 10 oz of coffee and just replaced with wip cream. This is the result of not enough milk being used, resulting in a bitter cup of coffee. Hopefully, it's just growing pains for a new store, but I really can't recommend this location."
