"I went to purchase bras the staff was clueless about sizes and quality. I bought 3 bras after few weeks the quality was very very bad. The metal came out one of them. The 2nd one the material became so loose my breast started falling from under-neath the cup. The 3rd one the back side stretched and keeps lifting up wards. They are very uncomfortable. When I called customer service they said sorry and gave me 30% discount for my next purchase. I am ver disappointed specially that the bras are expensive. I expected the company to tell me ok we are willing to give you one more bra for free to try it out maybe the style you bought was not good. But now I will never dear purchase another bra from Soma. I am sorry I never put a bad review to anyone, but I felt that I was cheating at an expensive price. I would like to say that even if I have a bad experience with their bras, but I totally recommend their underwear’s. They are great."

She's extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells and makes recommendations based on my needs. She actually listens and wants to help.
