"First after reading the reviews of the numerous rude people working here I have no plans to ever set foot in this store. Second, I went to buy a top online that was 35.99. They wanted to rip me off by charging 10.00!! Can you believe that? A little thin rayon top with 10.00 shipping! Forget it! Will not bother with this brand ever again, period. Very overpriced for the quality of the cheap fabrics anyway, even if they do have a few sorta cute items. Will keep shopping at Nordstrom."
"I went in to get a specific pair of overalls and was in between sizes. The girls there were very helpful and helped me pick. They also recommended a few other things and told me about a huge sale I didn't know about. I ended up purchasing another pair of jeans and I'm happy I did!"
"Worst experience ever. One of the employees (long brown hair. Idk her name) was extremely rude. The moment we walked in, another associate was on her way out for lunch and nicely informed us there was a sale on the jeans so we went to check it out. Brown haired girl rudely kept coming over standing over us breathing down our necks. She demanded for us to throw the jeans on the rack behind us instead of placing them back on the shelves (which as someone who has worked in retail before I will not do and would much rather put it back the exact way I found it). She then proceeded to come over snatch the pile of jeans out of my hands that I was looking through to make me choose them from her hands and then walked away with the entire stack of the pairs that were in my size. I have never been treated so rudely and so disrespectful in my life. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that I left. I don’t know what her problem is but to be completely honest I do not care. I really wanted a couple pair of jeans that I found but after having them snatched from my hands as though I not a good enough customer, I’ll pass. That was completely uncalled for and I will never shop there again."
