"I stopped in the store this week and Dylan one of the associates helped me out immensely. I needed to pick up a new suit coat and a shirt. He walked me through everything! "I am unsure if it was what I was wearing with joggers and a hat, my demeanor or that I was open that my plan was to come back to purchase with my father. Regardless, I had the absolute worst interaction here. The gentleman who helped me couldn’t get out of the conversation faster. I wanted to get some more information regarding purchasing my tux for my wedding and my groomsmen, needless to say I will not be buying it from here. As I was mid question he proceeded to tell me he has to go to attend to other customers who just walked in. He then gave the couple the same sales pitch as myself and continued with them. I understand the frustration that I was not purchasing that day, but this has completely ruined my perception of Men’s Warehouse. I don’t want to even get started with the lady who I believe was the seamstress and immediately told me that I was looking at the incorrect product as I was looking around at other jackets. I was polite as I left feeling so unwelcome but was fuming on the inside lol I do not recommend coming here unless you’re just picking up something from the clearance rack."

We had a great experience and highly recommended anyone looking to by or rent formal wear shop here. Prices are very affordable as well. This is the second suit we have purchased here."
