"I was here on Thanksgiving Dad 2023 & the people running the store were very focused & very busy!! They still kept customer service at the forefront and were as positive & happy as possible. They were the only people opened (thankfully) in the area that my boyfriend & I saw. I hope that they are traditionally as busy as they were on this day every day & that this place wasn't busy by fluke."

"For just under 16 bucks for two coffees, I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time, this location uses a different lid and leaves the cup about 1 inch from the top from being full to put whipped cream in. So they actually charge you more to give you less coffee. There were two women working, the older one at the register seem like she absolutely hated her job and did not want to be there. Maybe you should find somewhere else to work. The location down in Southgate on Eureka is 100 times better than this and while they may have their issues occasionally too as everyone is human, I feel like the other locations staff is always usually very friendly and the only reason I came here this morning was because their power was out. I’ll make sure not to make that mistake again."
"This is my favorite quick-service coffee and donuts around. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is often a wait, but I’d rather spend the extra few minutes to know I’m getting a good quality drink. My favorite flavors are the toasted almond, Irish crème (when it’s available) and butter pecan."
