"The workers are nice. The food is just not what it used to be. Soggy fries, unsalted fries, and undercooked fries is a plague at this location. Always waiting unreasonably long for pure mediocracy. The prices have gotten unreasonable as well. The only thing that allows me to come back is the nice staff. There has been times I run to another mcds because of the poor food quality. People don’t want me to get it from this location when it’s so close, all because of the quality. Like right now. I just tested my fries. I’m not even going to eat them. Thanks for the waste of time and money!! lol I want to be nice because people have lives and need to work to support their families. But this has gotten out of hand. Why am I getting mushy fries? At least this time they’re salted. I don’t understand how the fries here have NO Consistency. Sorry, I think I’ll just stop coming here. No need to go on."

"I left a review a year ago but I felt the need change it. There are two employees that I come back for, they are amazing. Guy long pony tail with glass amd young girl with white/grey looking hair with the nose ring. They are always super helpful and soooo nice! They go over and beyond. Good job!"

"Who ever the manager of this location is SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES for running this bad of a business and I don’t even need to go into details, because if you’ve went to this location you already know. What a disgusting mess between employees who have ZERO CLUE, to “please pull forward”, to completely incorrect orders. It’s as simple as reading a screen, it’s not rocket science. Definitely the black sheep of downtown Wyandotte businesses."

"The lady that offered me my receipt was amazing! Super friendly super polite. When I went to the next window to pick up my food she was there as well, once again politely offered a drink carrier. My food was bagged neatly, the fries were full and perfectly salted. The triple cheeseburger was perfect. I appreciate the experience and effort this team puts into their work!"

"This is the only McDonald's with a very friendly and courteous staff. The food comes out hot every time we go there and if there's an issue, it is most certainly taken care of immediately. There was only 1 staff member which was quite rude to us one evening but it was then discussed and handled with the manager."
