"Any time I need a high quality look, am short on time, and not afraid to spend a few extra dollars, this is my go to store. I do not enjoy shopping, in fact, I hate it. However, every time I have entered this store, I am "taken care of". The women here are professionals, they know how to help you. "I’ve always received excellent service at White House Black Market with the exception of this store. I came in to pick up a pair of pants that I had purchased online. An older stuffy lady dressed to the nines working behind the counter gave me the impression that I was a bother in the store. I was left with a very cold-shouldered Pretty Woman-Julia Roberts in Beverly Hills feeling despite the fact that this woman was working in a strip mall in the middle of Michigan on a Sunday afternoon. I will not go back to that store (Big Mistake lol)"
