I ordered shoes for my daughter at the store and a lady said they would arrive at my home within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later, no communication, no email or call - I tried to reach out 6 times and no one knew of the status. Finally, I receive an email of cancellation because they were out of stock. TERRIBLE service from Journey's website - NEVER again. Their reps are always ending the session after 1 minute, could not help me nor provide any service for the inconvenience from order at the store and having to reach out multiple times. $5 off coupon - what is that?! Anyone can receive that - their customer service is terrible online. Although the staff was friendly - they need to know what products are in stock - the rep online said when they placed the order it was already out of stock - the lady at the store should have told me!"
