"The lady that did my nails was very rude. I received a mani/pedi. She was grabbing my foot a shoving it into the water and never smiled. I asked if she was going to use the tool under my big toes and she, “I do later” (in a condescending attitude). So, she did it and my toe still hurts today. My appointment was yesterday the 21st of November. I said, “You don’t have to so rude”. After she trimmed around my nails, we noticed that the middle finger on my left hand. She said she was so sorry several times. While trying to stop my finger from bleeding, she put shellac polish on my right hand. She tried numerous times to get the bleeding to stop. So, she proceeded to paint my bloody fingernail and skipped the rest. She eventually got all my fingernails painted but forgot to put a topcoat on 3 of my fingernails. I did it when I got home. It was bleeding so bad that she had to put a bandaid around my finger. First 2 photos were taken 4 hours after I got home. The last photo was taken this morning, after I did dishes."
