"Computers are always down, and one member of the staff was extremely rude ! I went for a scheduled vaccination and they had no idea why I was there. And made me feel like it was all my fault and an inconvenience that I stepped into their store….needless to say I’ll be going to Rite Aid."
"Love the drive thru pharmacy but sometimes you wait too long. I wish they had an express window for people without questions or insurance issues. Also, I had an appt recently for the Covid vaccination. When I was checking in at then pharmacy, the employee who registered me was less than polite. She looked like I was an inconvenience. Rolling her eyes. Not one smile or thank you. I was really disappointed with the customer service. However, the employee who adminstered my shot was famtastic, friendly and smiled and said thank you."
