"I wanted to try the pink drink that my friend brags about. The cashier was pleasant enough. The person who gave me the drink seemed irritated and was really irritated when I asked for a straw. This was the only time I've had a bad experience at this location. I live across the street so I frequently go to this location. Perhaps he was having a bad day?"
"This used to be my favorite Starbucks in Royal Oak. However, mobile ordering has become honestly a joke. The app will tell me my order will be ready in 9 minutes so I show up at the time given and it won’t be ready for another 15 minutes."
"This place gets super busy between 8:30-9:00, so beware. I usually park in the lot next door and walk over. Saves a ton of time. My drink order is always ready though, but I leave plenty of time for them to make it, especially on weekday mornings. Totally fine, standard Starbucks otherwise- you always know what you’re gonna get!"
