"Donuts are delivered around 4 am. If you buy in the morning, they are fine. I bought a dozen just before noon this last Saturday.. They were STALE and I was charged full price. I went in this morning for coffee. I told the owner the donuts I bought two days ago were stale. He said 'stale?" and walked away to make someone's ice coffee. No apology. No care at all. I will not be returning to this particular store again. Meijer across the street has far fresher and less expensive donuts."

"Don’t know what happened to this place. Use to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts but now it’s nothing but stale donuts and watered down coffee. They don’t keep there cooler stocked with drinks anymore either. Guess it’s like everything else around here. Not caring anymore about customers…."

"I love this location but they ran themselves out of medium and large cups and for some reason can't get cups transferred from one of the locations around downriver. They've been out of large cups almost 2 weeks and this morning they were doing "small only" and not accommodating the fact that some people have the same order 3-4x a week and that the amount of coffee is why they stop here. I'm now late to work and for my third day this week will not have my coffee to keep me going."
