Wendy's

"My siblings and I went up for breakfast, as we were ordering she was rushing and being very dismissive. Then she was like “hold on” and we waited about a minute, then we had to repeat our order twice and she had a rude tone. Then we were told to pull to the side door. We waited and when our order arrived my brother saw the top food my French toast sticks on the top with a red hair that looks like it was purposely placed, we’re all brunette. Then he went inside and they were very rude as well, then they started making fun of my brother in the back yelling “this ain’t no red hair” etc. never again.,worst customer service ever I’ll never get breakfast from Wendy’s again because of this experience. Now I’m afraid to eat the rest of my food. The Wendy’s was not even packed we were literally the only people in the drive through, even after that we were still being polite."

"Food was actually really fresh and tasty. Fries are good... Servers are friendly, polite and helpful. They get your order right and quickly. Only thing that was bad was some of the fanta flavors in the gimmicky multi flavor coke fountain machine was empty."

"Rude employee closed store over an hour early (it says on Google that they close at 1am but I arrived at 11:40pm). Employee yelled "we're closed! We're closed! We're closed!" in a rude and angry/annoyed tone as I pulled up in my car (before I even said anything at all). It seemed like he had a bad day or hated his job. Don't come here unless you want to be treated like a nuisance for coming to eat an hour and a half before close.. This place should update their hours on Google before getting angry at the customer for simply coming to the restaurant. If they want to close early, they should update their hours to 11pm instead of 1am (instead of wasting everyone's time and then being rude and angry for no reason). I've never seen an employee so angry at the prospect of having to do their job. If they would've nicely said they were closed and said the reason, I would have understood and not written this review (because I do understand that sometimes there may be a good reason and that's understandable) but they just closed hours early for no reason and didn't care.. it is an unacceptable business practice to close that early with no explanation. So I suggest going somewhere else that cares, I know I am not coming back here. Basically no other fast food place closes this long before close (15 minutes or less can be reasonable). I suggest anything else including Taco Bell, Arby's, Culver's, Del Taco, or even McDonald's over this particular Wendy's on Fort St in Northern Lincoln Park."

"I used Wendy's mobile app to place an order for pickup through the drive-thru. Upon arriving to the drive-thru window the manager on duty told me that I would have to come in to get my order. Seeing as how I've never had to do this before because I've always been able to pick up my orders through the drive-thru, I asked him why He said because it's our policy it's what we do. I asked him since when? He said since he's been the manager there which is over a year and a half I told him he was lying because I've been eating their frequently and I've never had to come inside to get my order. I was always able to obtain it through the drive-thru. I even went as far as to tell him that I was disabled and it was extremely difficult for me to get out of my truck which is why I ordered a drive-thru pickup to begin with. This just resulted in a heated argument between me and the manager that eventually resulted in me having to get out of my truck to go inside to get my order. This was embarrassing because several customers heard the argument and were looking at me funny the whole time like I was the one in the wrong. I'm filing a lawsuit against them for ADA discrimination"

"I ordered the #8. On the drive through menu it was $10.05 so it should have been somewhere around $10.65 right? Tell me why they demanded $12.50 and would not let me get my food till I overpaid them the almost $2 extra for the employees to put in their pockets. I refused to pay the outrageous extra $ and left. Definitely do your own math when ordering from here."
