"They do not know how to make coffee! Every time I go here it’s a disappointment. Donuts are normally pretty Stale. I decided to give their hot chocolate A chance because how can you mess up hot chocolate… It was disgusting tasted like water and milk, barely any chocolate or sweetness. I’m pretty sure they used those cheap hot choco packets and didn’t want to add anything else."
"I stopped going there. The coffee is awful and they don’t know how to make their own drinks and are often out of menu items. The last straw was when they gave me someone else’s order in the drive thru and then made my latte with drip coffee instead of espresso."
"Welcome to the Redford dunkin donuts where your food matches the service....TERRIBLE! Ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and was told immediately that they were out of eggs and croissants were not available until 1 pm. Geez after breakfast is over....so if you're looking for a breakfast sandwich with the egg on a croissant pass by this place....and it's only 730 am. When the cashier handed me my order through the drive thru window instead of "thank you please come again" I received, "Here!". Dunkin Donuts.....Do Better, that is how you receive repeat business which is how you stay in business! Next time I'll stand in the long line at Starbucks directly across the street. It's worth it!"
"I mobile ordered for pickup: 3 coffees (iced pumpkin latte, frozen pumpkin latte, and frozen mocha latte) dozen donuts, and the new chicken wrap. They were out of donuts so I got a refund on those. (It was 5:30pm by the time I picked up my order) The wrap was AMAZING (fresh and hot) and the drinks were all made exactly as I ordered them and were also AMAZING!! The customer service was above and beyond!!!! very polite despite being busy and attention to details!!! The store was very clean and organized!!"
