"They are right around the corner from me. The coffee is always made poorly. The food is wrong half the time and when it is their it is somehow not hitting the low expectation I have. The menu is limited. I usually drive another few miles which is much better."
"The lady at the window just now was so rude. She was irritated I wanted to pick my own donuts for my dozen. Her coffee she made me, I took home and “doctored” it up. Just rude, didn’t even tell me what my total was. I had to ask her after she took my cash. Normally this isn’t a bad experience but this was way different today."
"It's really a shame, I come here everyday and I have received nothing but poor customer service, rude employees, and worse the coffee never tastes correct. It's the only Tim Hortons that unfortunately cannot get anything right, any day. If I had time every morning I would drive to any other location around, they are friendlier and they taste correct everytime. Unfortunately this is on my way to work and always is a waste of my money. Bitter old coffee, food is sloppy and careless, so disappointed with this location. Cant even get help to the owners about the poor service and experience, the employees laugh and refuse to refer you to management. I'm at a loss here."
