"The hot cinnamon spice tea latte is life. I substitute the syrup with sugar free vanilla and recently tried it with oat milk which frothed so well. It is honestly the only thing I need in the chilly weather and is all the fall vibes I need."

"Haven't been to this location in a while. Needs some attention from the owner in terms of up keep and it's become rather dirty inside. Slipping into disrepair. Staff was nice and working hard. Won't come back until it's evident this location is being kept up and it looks clean inside."

"Last fall I went here and had a bad experience waiting a long time to just get a black coffee. The staff at that time seem to not care too much about the customers. I decided to give this Biggby location another try today. I walked into the store and no staff was present for about 5 minutes. A young lady finally came to the counter and I asked if they had the $1.99 ice coffee special, she said yes. I asked for a large with a shot of espresso. The total came to $4.02 and I questioned her about the charge. She showed me the receipt and it was for a regular priced large ice coffee (no espresso). I said to her that she said they had the special and I also mentioned the extra shot of espresso. She said I needed a coupon and said nothing about the espresso. I told her that I have no coupon and I just wanted a refund. She had to get another lady who did not know how to process the refund. The owner finally came and provided me with a refund. This took about 15 minutes of my time and I ended up with no coffee, no apologies and just overall disappointment in Biggby. I wish Biggby would provide better training (not the first time my check was wrong) and that all Biggby's honor their advertisement ( $1.99 any size ice coffee billboards)."

"Nice place. The location is good. Plenty of tables and seats. It has a fireplace. The tables and chairs are well situated. Some seats and tables are near outlets. It had large windows so it's well lit. There's are tables outside too. The place outside had shade and it's nice."
