"Went there on the weekend and there was a new girl that was having a lot of issues checking us out. She had to check out a pair there and a pair that would be shipped to store. The new girl asked like a total of 5-10 times for help from MARISA EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH that was next to her and Marissa would tell her what to do in 2-5 words only. Marissa didn’t really try helping the new girl. Untill the new girl got the Manager Megan and was helped by her. We spent a total of like 20 min. The manager was very nice and so was the new girl. I totally understood the new girl not knowing stuff and felt bad how anxious she felt. So L to the EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH that had mad selfish attitude whole time"

"I did some research online before I went to the store. I knew pretty much what I wanted but I wanted to try on a few pairs since I was purchasing steel toe work shoes. The online "in stock" was accurate and I found exactly what I wanted at the online price. Check out was fast and a very nice sales associate helped me and another customer while we were trying on shoes. The store was very clean and organized. It was a very positive shopping experience.Update: I shopped there today for work socks and was pleasantly surprised to find out I had a $10 off discount. I never would have known but the sales associate was very helpful and asked me if I wanted to use it. A big Thank You to him for having my best interests at heart. I love Shoe Carnival!"
