"Bought a dress from here for prom in 2022 but did not leave a review at the time. Nice selection, but DO NOT LET THEM ALTER YOUR DRESS. Not sure if the seamstress was just inexperienced, but my dress was uneven on one side by almost an inch. I am unable to resell it because it sits asymmetrical on a body. Took it to another seamstress and she was horrified by the work, took her over 4 hours to attempt to fix it. Was really disappointed because the employee who helped me was really nice and I trusted that I would receive a good service. Thanks to the other seamstress (NOT an employee of this shop) I was able to wear the dress, but it was still asymmetrical. When I reflect on my senior prom all I can remember is how awful this situation was. I seriously do not recommend this place, if your dress needs to be altered take it somewhere else. I was never contacted about this. Thanks."
