Starbucks

"Let me start by saying this location just did a remodel and it looks wonderful and i look at Starbucks as the top coffee place in my area. That being said the service at this location is trash. On this visit i went inside to order since my previous experience with the drive-thru was about as SLOW and BAD as it could be. When i entered i see 7 employees (1 person working the counter coffee machines, 1 at the window, 1 helping make drinks for the window and the rest really doing nothing other than empty trash) The customer in front of me wanted to order 2 drinks and was told "a specialty drink would be a 15 min wait" and ended up getting just 2 large black coffee's ---- and still waited 10 mins. I ordered -- 2 tall mocha's (1 white and 1 dark chocolate) and while i waited i found out why the drive-thru takes forever ----- They dont even take an order from the drive thru until the person at the window drives off, no matter how long that takes!!! Well after 15 min for my drinks to be finished (mind you this employee was only doing orders from the counter or call ins) he handed me 2 cups of ICE COLD MILK -- not HOT DRINKS as was ordered. When i said to him these are literally cold-- he says do you want me to warm them up in the microwave!!! I looked at the other customers then back at him and simply said no but i would like them redone correctly -- to which his response was "RELAX i know how to fix it --its my job". Save yourself from this location, there are plenty of others around."

"I can understand being understaffed. However, when there are 8 cars in line, not a SINGLE car has moved in 8 minutes AND the staff is making excuses "there's only one person taking drive thru orders". Well, how has not a single car moved?! There are curbs on both sides so it's not like we can even leave. I've now been in this line for 13 minutes and I'm still 2 cars away from ordering. Absolutely ridiculous Edit** Since calling into the store twice they started to make the line move INSTANTLY. Cleared us out within 5 minutes of the call. Which goes to show that they had to ability to move the line but lacked the leadership and team work to do so."

"First time here. Pretty big location and I love the design the furniture the color inside! Got a flat white and it was well done. Pretty busy location order took a few minutes."

"10/3 at 6:55pm. Whoever the two women are that are working trash talk your drink or choice in front of you. I ordered online from the parking lot and walked right in. They received my order as I was sitting there basically demeaning what I'd ordered. There is also another employee in a leather coat sitting eating Chick-fil-A. Or at least I assume he's an employee because he's behind the counter now still in his leather coat and with an apron on. The other girl who was actually talking trash about my beverage walked behind the wall And I couldn't get a photo of her. She has Auburn colored hair that was pulled back in a ponytail. The employees here are just as much trash as they talk about the drinks of customers. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't deserve their jobs."

"I never leave reviews about anything but this place is so bad that I feel the need to. This is by far the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I can’t even count the number of times where my order is missing something or completely wrong. Twice this week alone I have ordered a hot apple crisp oat milk macchiato just to be handed an iced macchiato then I am told that if I want a hot one I have to go inside and pay again. Once is understandable but twice within one week is absurd especially considering the fact that they read the order back to you at the drive through window. Pictured is my “Venti Apple crisp oat milk macchiato with white mocha sauce” I suppose I should be happy that they at least got the Apple Crisp part correct"
