"The guy with the dark long curly hair is very rude and needs to learn how to explain issues about a drink without handing someone a venti cup that's not even filled half way because they didn't want ice while saying "You missed the most important ingredient" I understand if it's a problem with product stock but that could've been handled so much better and nicer especially when we've never had a problem with this same exact drink the past month we have been going there. If he's a manager then that's sad. Every other worker is nice though. Not coming back"
"I would give them zero stars if I could. Extremely rude and disrespectful employees. They have a bad attitude, don’t listen, and they gave us the wrong order. They seemed more interested in talking among themselves then helping us."
"We waited a half hour for three drinks, and the line was moving so slowly the poor sheriff behind us had to go back to work without his drink. Sarah doesn't smile at customers and has an attitude problem. Only two of the four girls working had a sense of urgency (and Sarah wasn't one of them). Avoid this place like the plague."
"The younger, blonde girl working Saturday morning was super rude. I waited 10 min for a doordash and asked if she could prioritize mine. People that had walked in we're getting their drinks before mine. Time is money when doordashing. She gave me the death stare for just asking her to fulfill mine. The drink was just sitting there complete and only needed bagged. We are talking the death stare. Not cut out for customer service."
"One of the Starbucks employees, Adam, is the reason I love this Starbucks! He greets us every time we come in and remembers our names ( my family has foreign names that take a while to get right), if he gets it wrong he makes sure that it’s right the next time! My favorite Starbucks! Food is also great and the atmosphere is very calming and soothing!"
