"Lovely staff, good lattes, and a quiet environment to get work done. I’ve been here several times when our power went out and was able to connect to the WiFi and stay for a while. Though I’m not a fan of chain businesses and try to stick to small businesses, when in a pinch this Starbucks location has been wonderful."

"Stopped by for a quick coffee and sausage egg sandwich. Very well staffed by very efficient and nice people. There was no waiting for the coffee and just a couple minutes for the sandwich to heat up. Great job. I'd stop by again if I ever make it back to Novi"
"This was a very pretty and very clean Starbucks. The lighting was placed very well too. They had a cute little skeleton with a Starbucks apron sitting on the food case and it was the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen. They even have a little meeting room for customers. I used the gender neutral bathrooms and it was also very clean. Will definitely be back to visit this store again."
