"This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Despite a downtown location in Northville, there is always parking outside. The store itself can get really busy but I have never waited very long for a drink. The staff didn't have a food item I ordered one time and they gave me a $4 gift card AND let me upgrade to a more expensive item. The staff is always friendly. I haven't spent a significant amount of time in the actual restaurant area but there's a really cool lounge area upstairs that I'd probably attempt to use if I worked from home."
