"Kim is very unprofessional. Yells at customers. In front of other customers due to her error. Worse yet took advantage of my 83 year old parents.my dads been in the hospital fighting for his life but she insisted my sister wrote her a check for my dad who wasn't even there to do the work. Who does something like that and can sleep at night? Lost my whole family for this. Other businesses have much higher ratings then 4.3"
"Took my best friend, myself and her dads fiancé to get our nails done for my best friends wedding. Her nails turned out pretty but have already fallen off after 3 days. My nails are also already falling off as well as the polish coming off and the French tip line not being clean at all, she also nicked my cuticles multiple times. Many good reviews steered me to this salon but my personal experience I won’t be coming back."
"Kim is nice until you tell her she did something wrong. She was the most unprofessional person to work with after that. She let me leave the salon with wet nails and I called her and told her my nails were messed up 5 minutes after I left because she did not let them cure properly. She got very angry, but did tell me to come back 2 days later so she could fix them. Once there, she blamed the problem on the dark color I chose because it was spring time….huh? No, you didn’t dry my nails correctly. She went on and on how she has never had a complaint in twenty years. I told her I was not trying to break a record, I just wanted my nails done correctly. Maybe people don’t tell her she did bad because of the outrageously rude way she was treating me. I never went back and would never recommend her."
"Kim was absolutely amazing! My daughter and I called and got in almost immediately. We had an incredible experience. Definitely better than I've ever had anywhere before! I'm so glad the original appointments we had were canceled at the last minute now. It was a blessing in disguise. We will never go anywhere else again. Kim is kind and talented beyond words. Thank you SO much for such a wonderful evening! ❤"
