"Very friendly when I walked through the door, my son was seated fairly quickly but the woman who was cutting his hair was a bit rough when she was cutting it. Any other time I've taken him here I've never heard him say ouch so many times, and she had a very negative attitude also, And she didnt even bother to wipe off the hair that was all over his face. I'm not one to complain ever but this is rewarded."
