"I really regret not making to Bettie's Pages sooner. I've heard about it for a while, but don't go to Lowell often. It is completely worth a special drive. They have done a great job making a small place feel like a welcoming and cozy bookstore. The stock is a well curated collection of both progressive-focused books as well as more mainstream ones. Even though many genres available aren't my cup of tea, I couldn't help but browse the selection because I don't see those books being a focus in other stores. The biggest highlight for me is the vast selection of progressive and literary stickers and magnets. I could lose my retirement fund to those very, very quickly if I don't keep it in check. If you are anywhere near this store or feel like taking a well-rewarded drive, definitely stop here."

"Was very excited about a bookstore closer to home so we did not have to drive to GR, so we made a date night to go to check it out. Was exciting at first, seeing the cats walking through the store was welcoming, what was not was the the overwhelming amount of leftist hatred, rainbow stickers saying "Divorce your Republican husband". A book store should be neutral and for everyone, not just one side."

"Great place with a fantastic owner! Nicole is magnificent. If she doesn't have it she definitely can order it! It has a cool kids, section of books, dinosaurs, etc. If you are in Lowell stop by! Plus you can see Page and Betty at the store!"

"It's a lovely bookstore with great employees. I've been coming here for a while and everytime has been a great experience. The owner is very sweet too. And the last time I was there they had two adorable kittens running around!! They were friendly and loved to play. Definitely made me fall more in love with the place. They have a large selection of books from all kind of genres. The back of the store was opened up and now there's even more young adult book selection. I also love seeing the employees leave notes of books they liked. The store also has lots of stickers, pins, bookmarks, socks, and some many more things. The atmosphere is pretty comfortable too. They very openly support LGBTQ and BLM which I love to see. And they supply mask to put on before coming into the store."

"Our second visit to Bettie's Pages and, wow, we are still completely blown away! It was worth the 2 hour 20 minute drive to get there. Once you step inside, you are welcomed by bright, beautiful book displays, tees, stickers, socks, smiles, and all the things that make everyone feel welcome and loved. The selections are diverse and inclusive. Throughout the different genres, you'll find some familiar favorites as well as many that highlight minority groups that you might not find in other places. The children's section is packed with books to represent everyone. The displays were phenomenal, and I could have gotten lost in those for far longer. Whether you're looking for a book for yourself or a gift, or even some awesome merchandise to brighten a day, it's worth the stop. Bonus is the happy smile eager to greet you and help with any questions you may have. We'll happily be making this trip again."
