"Ten minutes to receive two identical drinks via the drive thru with nobody else in line. I was asked about leaving a tip which is new to me. Normally you leave one if you'd like and employees are not begging at the window for one. Had to pass my card inside immediately after to pay. At other locations they pass the machine out to me and I run my card and select a tip, if warranted."
"The coffee was great but the prices are a little steep. Not to mention the cashier asking for a tip is a little much too. That’s not needed when this place far exceeds Dunkin with their prices. Great coffee, great beverages but $6 for a large coffee is a little much but was great taste. The small beverage that costed $6 was too much Make the prices more reasonable, don’t ask for tips because we’re already paying a lot for simple beverages."
"The staff is absolutely amazing! Atmosphere is kind of plain and cold, but sufficient for about 6 people. Their biggest business is drive through, but there are several small tables."
"I ordered a couple drinks, one was a frozen mocha frappe and they are out of whipped cream, their truck hadn’t arrived. I asked about any other whipped topping and the girl told me that would cost extra… so they ripped me off for the Frappuccino I ordered and then offered no other options or discount for the Frappuccino that did not have its whipped cream. The girls attitude was rude and not even an I’m sorry for the incomplete drink! I bought this drink for my mother who is 84 years old, and I only come to visit every few weeks since I live 3 hours away, and she always looks forward to her treat! What made me more mad than anything, was when the girl told me that they had a whip topping, but there was an up charge to it and They didn’t mind charging full price for a product that was not as advertised. I am more than erked! Not sure if I will go back! Wow, no customer service!"
"Brand new location and very good coffee. Biggby has always been my favorite coffee, even over Starbucks. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is just because everyone in there is very new apart from the manager. Our order was mistaken with anothera but was easily remedied quickly. They are very nice otherwise and I think this will be one of the better locations but may become busy in the future."
