"Other than them almost losing my order and sending me to me another location thinking my order wasn’t there and was at a another location the service was very good. I was able to show them my Mobile app order information and they quickly figured out the mistake and had my order together. Everyone was very polite. They made sure my order was perfect and apologized for the mess up. Only reason I gave four stars was because of that issue."
"I went to this dunkin for lunch, 10 am on a saturday. I went through the drive thru so I expected the line and the wait on my order however I was greatly disappointed with the presentation. The bag with my food had avocado spread all over it and I didn’t get any napkins either. My croissant stuffer was burnt… on top of that my avocado toast topped with bacon did not have the right bacon, it was just some burnt strips that were not cut up at all."
"Coffee is absolutely disgusting. Today, I went through the drive thru, and I ordered a peppermint mocha. Service was good. But when I finally got the coffee, there was a hair stuck on the lid! The lid was dirty and gross.. and the peppermint mocha didn't have a trace of mocha or peppermint... The coffee was bitter and was worse than gas station coffee... very disappointed! I won't be going back for coffee any time soon.."
"What can I say? I visited here after a night's stay in Goshen. The wonderful lady behind the counter looked scared to death, and the youngsters back in the food area seemed like they were part of the problem. Not sure what happened here prior to me walking in, but it seemed odd. Anyways, let me tell you something. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was disgusting. That thing was so hard I thought it could have passed for plastic. I didn't throw it out the window because I was worried it would kill a sea turtle. The donuts were just okay and the coffee was luke warm at best. Don't think I'll ever be back to another Dunkin in my life if they're all like this one. Really feel sorry for the lady at the register."
"The first time I let it slide by, however this second time is unacceptable. The first time I bought a dozen donuts they were stale, and dry. I believe they were from days. And this second time my donuts were not only stale and dry but the glazed doughnut was already bitten. The sprinkle donut was the one I tried. It’s upsetting because I never have any issues with the other Dunkin dounts being stale. Won’t be going back again."
