Java Junction is a unique cafe and food store located at 1700 South Main Street in Goshen, Indiana, United States. What sets Java Junction apart is that all employees are students, with student managers selected through an application process by the business department. These managers enroll in the Java Junction Operations course and receive academic credit for managing all aspects of the business, including operations, human resources, marketing, purchasing, and accounting. Supervised by a business department faculty member, students are graded based on the success of the business and their individual contributions to the management team.
Java Junction offers a welcoming atmosphere for students, faculty, staff, and the Goshen community to enjoy quality food and beverages, live music, and fellowship. You can even purchase a gift card for yourself or someone else through their website. Conveniently located in the Connector between the Kratz-Miller residence halls, parking is available at the Physical Plant or the Goshen College Music Center.
