"The coffee was not good. It tasted like the milk was sour, and it was not hot."
"Worst coffee I have ever tasted. I asked for a Carmel iced Coffee. Lady was very rude when I asked what sizes they had. Barely had any ice in it. Not to mention very little Carmel. Waste of my $5.00 . She definitely needs replaced with someone that knows how to make good coffees. Got some of the fudge also. Why did I paid $10 for fudge is beyond me. Lady definitely needs replace or store shut down."
"If I could give 1 star I would. The lady behind the counter was incredibly rude. Her shirt looked like she hadn’t washed it in days and she was annoyed by my question of “do you have more than one size for coffee?” (I know outrageous question at a coffee shop) Won’t be returning."
"Customer service was horrible, lady behind the counter could have gotten off her phone and cleaned off tables. They had no wraps and the ham and cheese was like a kids portion with an adult price! She had a sewing machine behind the counter I guess for times when she was slow?? How about cleaning tables and taking customer service lessons?!"
"One star only because I can't give it zero stars. I'm not one to leave this sort of review however the absolute lack of customer service needs addressed. We were greeted by a woman who was on her phone and seemed completely bothered by having to answer any questions and came back with an attitude. She never got off the phone and basically gave us the components to make our own drinks so that she could return to her phone call. Very rude!"
