"The two kids they had working didn't greet me when I came in. I went up to the counter and neither of them said hello when I did. They didn't ask me what I wanted, just stared at me silently. I think they need to be better trained in customer service. The chai was so watered down, but syrupy, I was not given the mall employee discount when I told them I worked out here (they usually offer employees 10%) and felt incredibly uncomfortable and unwanted in this setting. I used to love coming here, but the prices are ridiculous and the service is falling in quality. And it's a slow Tuesday, at that! They need to be better about engaging with the customer and kinder."

"Hot chocolate was absolutely perfect. Got a pulled pork sandwich which melted in my mouth, and was heavenly with the pretzel bun. Workers were very sweet and welcoming, will definitely be coming back in the future."

"Wow, this place is simply amazing. If you love everything chocolate make sure to make a stop here. Very nice and clean on the inside. Everything displayed wonderfully. The Mexican chocolate hot chocolate was so delicious. They also have a lot of seating available outside as well. Very good prices. This is also a place to stop for lunch as they had sandwiches and soup and other goodies."
