"Hands down the worst location. My order was made incorrectly, which I normally wouldn’t complain about but it wasn’t even close to what I originally ordered. So I asked if they could just remake the 2 iced coffees. The associate said sorry that’s what the app said and after showing him my receipt showing that it was incorrect, he called his manager over who just stared at me blankly when I requested the drinks to be remade. The manager continued to stare….silently… and the associate just yelled at me and told me to go through the app because he couldn’t remake it. I left without my drinks and have yet to receive a refund after reaching out to Customer Service. Complete lack of not only customer service… but just human decency."
"Pulled up to order not realizing that there was altered hours for New Year's Day...employees had just pulled up, apologized and rushed in to make our 2 coffees. Service was great and we really appreciated them accommodating us even though it was 50 minutes until opening and our fault. THANK YOU GUYS!!!"
"I usually go to this one in the morning but I’m starting not to anymore. They’re rude, messes up your order and act like you’re holding up the line….Hash browns taste like chemicals. And when your order is messed up, they all come to the window and just look at you instead of making your order right. One day I ordered a blueberry cobbler but I wanted to know if they made it frozen. The first time I had it, was made like a frappe. Next day I asked for the same thing and they gave me an iced coffee and told them that this wasn’t made like this the other day. Girl that takes the order that’s not Indian always sounds as if she can’t breath with an attitude and just rude. If you hate your job that bad then just quit or find another one."
"If I could give zero stars I would!! Guys at the drive thru are rude. No customer service. When i got home I realized our food was burnt and had to be thrown away. You lost a customer!"
