"I’ve been to Bentio a few times before and never had any problems. Yesterday I went in and was 15 mins early for my appt, the first thing he says is “your here for the 2pm appt already? Just so you know I don’t normal run early” Then he pretty much told me I had difficult (natural) hair and next time I need to schedule for more time or he won’t take my appt. Didn’t really style my hair because he was 15 mins into his “damn” break and didn’t have time. He barley said two words to me. I didn’t get a good welcome vibes from him what so ever. Will not be going back! That is not how you treat your clients."
